The purpose of the EOFA mentorship program is to open the doors to new farriers, to allow broader access and make personal connections within the trade for those who may not have existing relationships.
Having the right mentor can have a huge impact on your career. The EOFA mentorship program only accepts qualified mentors that will provide you a safe working environment while you learn. With more farriers entering the industry than ever before, there is no longer enough availability for apprenticeship, by applying for the EOFA mentorship program you can be paired with a safe and qualified farrier in your area of interest.
